We are an assisted living company we deal with elderly individuals as this company is aware. Alex the owner lied and misdiagnosed my system and attempted to charge me for services not needed to be done. This company attempted to charge me for a blow motor made my elderly wait for 3 days because it was on warranty, Alex attempted to charge me come to find out as I had another company fix the mistakes the motor was NOT the problem. This company almost burnt my property down, sprinkler system went off and flooded part of my property. Alex took Freon out of mt unit, put a hole in my coil and tried to charge me. Heat went out and was only blowing cold air. Got an appointment booked and they required everything, moved my thermostat to another wall and left a big hole in my other wall. Still no heat and only blowing cold air still. Don’t know why they needed into my crawl space for all that rewiring for no heat after it all.

My home warranty company made an appointment with them and I had to reschedule it. They told me they would come out in a specific day between 7am-8am. Never showed up. I called to ask where my technician is and they said we are rebooting our systems we will call you back once they are up. I waited an hour and half before I tried calling again and I got sent straight to voicemail. These people are unprofessional and don’t show up to their “scheduled” appointments. Wish I could give zero stars. They wasted my time..
