I want to give a huge shoutout to the overnight staff member Lily who holds down Planet Fitness all on her own during the late-night hours. She is always friendly, professional, and does an amazing job keeping the gym clean and welcoming especially considering how busy and unpredictable the night crowd can be.
I know she recently received a review about the men’s restroom, but I was there that night, and the situation was completely out of her control.
