Despite a past issue with a former employee, the barbershop assures a friendly environment and invites customers to visit. The barbershop is known for its friendly greetings, with barbers smiling and genuinely welcoming customers, whether they have an appointment or not. Customers appreciate the barbers' attentiveness, as they listen to the desired haircut and ensure the final result matches the customer's preferences. Customers, including those with years of experience visiting various barbers, have been impressed by the competence and skill of the Pavilion's Barbers team. The barbershop is a favorite among customers, who look forward to their visits and return regularly to receive the haircut they expect.
I have been going here for a couple of years now, having Brandee at my barber, and I have to say I've had nothing but great experiences.
I'm over 50, so I've been to numerous barbers and hairstylists over the decades, but I've never been to a more friendly barbershop. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a genuine hello from a couple of the front barbers. They also ask if you have an appointment, but if you don't, they will let you know someone will be with you as soon as possible.

I brought my 13 year old Son in for a cut by Chuy and he did a phenomenal job!!! He cut exactly how we wanted and checked in with us during the appointment to make sure we liked it... super friendly and professional!
Friendly, accommodating and skilled, Ruben made my experience everything I wanted it to be...!! The location couldn't be more convenient (unless they were mobile), and I just can't say enough about this place.
I chose them out of the countless other choices for barbers on my Google Maps App after reading someone else's good review, and noting the proximity to I-10.
I absolutely recommend this place, and will make a point of returning.
