Patriot Internal Medicine is praised for its caring and thorough staff. Helene is experienced, easy to talk to, and takes her time with patients, while her front and back office team are efficient, friendly, and attentive to referrals, prescriptions, and scheduling. Patients appreciate the friendly atmosphere, good communication, and the fact that they feel listened to and well cared for during their visits.
Helene is thorough and caring. Helene has the experience and referrals are to specialists she knows are good. Roxanne her front/back office staff is excellent. Roxanne is efficient, caring and follows through with all Helene's referrals, rx and scheduling.
We haven been seeing Helene since we moved here 8 years ago. She is thorough, easy to talk to (like a friend), and doesn't rush through visits. She is a treasure. Her staff is great, too.
My husband and I avoid doctors like the plague, but now that we found this place, we actually go. She listens, the front desk staff is friendly and actually follows up. Highly recommend.
