I've always had such wonderful care here. I've been here for a few years. I left for 2 years and came back to them just because I liked them so much. When I came back Denise took excellent care of me and got he started on my health care again. I hadn't been taking care of myself and she got me all set up! I'm actually excited to take care of myself again. And concerning the epic system that I've seen somebody else complain about, I have received my invitation and links and prescription to CVS pharmacy immediately after seeing Denise. I have had no issues with their computer systems or making the appointment
JOYCELYN IS MY SON'S CASE MANAGER. I AM NOT SURE WHICH OFFICE SHE WORKS FROM, however I would like to say this! Joycelyn has been with my son since March and has been very dedicated in every way. She follows thru with everything, She has such a genuine caring attitude and listens, really listens. SHE REPRESENTS HER COMPANY VERY WELL. THANKYOU OPTUM FOR EMPLOYING ONLY THE BEST!!!!
