JOYCELYN IS MY SON'S CASE MANAGER. I AM NOT SURE WHICH OFFICE SHE WORKS FROM, however I would like to say this! Joycelyn has been with my son since March and has been very dedicated in every way. She follows thru with everything, She has such a genuine caring attitude and listens, really listens. SHE REPRESENTS HER COMPANY VERY WELL. THANKYOU OPTUM FOR EMPLOYING ONLY THE BEST!!!!
The clinic is bright, well lit, clean and safe.
The Dr.s' are very busy. After hours assistance is available but have found antibiotics are not given over the phone. They follow guidelines appropriately.
MA's are very busy also but always greet you with a smile. Historically, all are very good and knowledgeable assistants.
The front desk and appointment staff work competently juggling multiple tasks with professionalism, (Btw, the gentleman reviewed negatively on this site is gone.)
The referral turn around time can be a lengthy wait. It's frequently due to the volume of requests or computer error. Never the lack of caring.
