Bily notified us an hour before arrival, sent a text as soon as he arrived so we could go meet with him. Great communication throughout the process. He took photos of each issue and gave a thorough explanation of the options for each. We will definitely request him on our other properties and recommend to our friends.
They're pricing is really fair, the 3.5% cc fee is reasonable and they're actually upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. Amy is the SWEETEST and was so helpful because I was working with this company from the state where I live for my elderly parents it could have been very confusing but it wasn't thank God. And Alan is the absolute best as well everyone was honestly so helpful.
