Though there have been instances of long wait times due to limited beds, the care received from the ER staff, particularly from Dr. Stefano Correa, is noted to be excellent. This center is very easy to find as the name is provided in large letters at the top of the building. Parking lot was amply and easy. I arrived to the center for an endoscopy and I was treated with care and respect. All who attended me were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained to me as to what would be happening to me. I mean every little thing! I highly recommend having procedures done at this facility. 🙇♀️
There were no beds available so I spent 14+ hours on an ER gurney.
The lower back pain from the gurney was worse than the pain from my kidneys.
That being said, the care from the ER staff and the Staff Urologist was excellent.
The response times from my own Urologist were all but non existent...
I delivered my first baby at the northwest women’s center and I CANNOT stress enough how amazing the staff was. All of the ladies that took care of me were so sweet and eased any and all nerves I had during this process, my birth plan unfortunately wasn’t in the cards for me but they supported me through all the changes and really made me feel like myself and my babe were in good hands.
