I'm a long time Realtor in Tucson that knows WHO you use as a lender can make the difference of closing a transaction or having it fall apart weeks into the escrow. Nick Andress is one of the veteran lenders that know the rules when you start the transaction. Not weeks down the road when the file goes to the underwriter. He saves the Buyer money and the Seller from moving out when the Buyer might never be able to close.
