This is a review on my initial contact. Spoke with Adrian and let me tell you, this is how scheduling an appointment should be. Adrian was friendly, professional, answered my questions without hesitation and laughed at a couple of my jokes! Haha Thank you so much and I look forward to meeting you in person!
I have now had my exam and the entire staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful! First time having a virtual exam and I have no complaints. It was quite interesting.

I’ve been going to Nationwide Vision for years and always receive excellent care. The staff is friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. They make sure I feel comfortable during exams and the quality of care is consistent every visit. Highly recommend Nationwide Vision for anyone looking for trusted eye care!

I don’t care for this place. I go for convenience. The staff are not happy ppl and they have changed staff through the years, still not happy ppl. You can hear their business voices, ask them anything and they answer like an automated teller. It’s quite condescending. I asked a couple workers their separate and individual opinion on 2 pairs of glasses i had chosen. I literally tried each of the two pair on, holding my old pair next to them for skin tone differentiation and the one and only thing said, “these will be heavy” by both ppl. I also over heard them discussing it right behind me. Although sounding like a parrot, I am glad to know they’ll be heavy. However,... read full review
