We’ve had such a great experience here! Every single person—from the front desk to the team helping us choose and check out my son’s prescription glasses—has been absolutely amazing. Every interaction has been positive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where all the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend! ?
Yesterday was my first time visiting Nationwide at the Arizona Pavilions in Tucson. The staff seemed to be friendly and responsive. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was told up front it would take three weeks for them to arrive. More to come... read full review
Everyone is wonderful and Amazing. They all have been extremely helpful and kind since the first time I walked in 2 years ago.
They took their time during my eye exams which is Really Important to me and listened to all of my concerns.
10 out of 10 hands down!
