The hospital is very clean and always smells clean. All the staff are very friendly and very good at what they do. Dr. Hurtado has been taking care of patients for close to 15 years. From helping an old friend cross the rainbow bridge to giving a new fuzzball everything necessary for a clean bill of health, he has been compassionate and caring. Customers have referred several friends to the hospital, and they have also been very impressed and pleased with the doctors and the services provided.
They are so friendly and caring. Have been with them since I quit vet teching, which is 24 years. I jave interacted with all 3 veterinarians and they are all exceptional. All the techs are so far exceptional and the front desk is fun and friendly. You get what you pay for and they are worth 💯!
I've worked in the veterinary industry for over 25 years. My mom recently moved to Tucson and went to several vets before landing here. Although a tough diagnosis, they were able to identify a leukemia that none of the other vets could. They called my mom weekly to check on her and her dog until it was time to make the decision for euthanasia. This clinic staff is truly compassionate and doing this for all the right reasons. Thank you for taking care of my mom during this very tough time!
They are so sweet here. They've treated both of our cats and our 8 year old was recently diagnosed with diabetes. They've been so caring and helpful. We really appreciate Dr. Radke who was professional and gave us all the information we could need. Astrid and Dee are always delights to speak to.
