Had a great experience at Monument while traveling through Tucson. Our dog injured himself and we needed a same day visit before continuing on our trip. They were very sweet, accommodating us the same day. It was quick and fairly priced. We appreciated their concern for a new client on short notice.

My pup was in crisis. We live 90 + minutes away. I was a first time customer and Dr. Hurtado took his lunch hour to see Frita, Saving me a couple thousand dollars (which i didn't have) over having to take her to an emergency clinic. She was in pretty grave condition and Dr Hurtado went above and beyond for her. He and his staff treated us like family at a very stressful and sad time. In the end, i made the gut wrenching decision to euthanize. Dr Hurtado and his staff handled her transition with a caring and compassion ive not experienced before and ive had a lot of animals and seen a LOT of veterinarians through the years.
