The resort's promotions and discounts are also appreciated, as the overall experience can be quite pricey.
I just came back from spending 4 nights at the Miraval and I had the most amazing time. The staff really made my trip special, from receptions staff to people who are teaching the classes, to the staff in the restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and gave me the most memorable experience. My favorite is Mina at the cactus Blossom restaurant. She remembered me every night and was always so happy to see me and my husband greeted us with so much energy and friendliness. She made us feel very special and stood out to me as the one staff that went out of her way to make my day. Overall, my stay was such a transformative experience. We spent the whole day learning about stress management, meditation, breath work. We got massages and worked out. The food at miraval is delicious and healthy. Thank you Miraval!
This was the best vacation. I went with my mom in 2004 on a mother daughter package in late March. It is Oprah's favorite place, and they told me she remains silent during her massages there.
Highly recommend this wellness resort!! I was skeptical and used points for my stay but I completely understood why they have decade-long loyal customers. After my first visit, I will plan to return - it was honestly really transformative! There were alot of activities across mind/body/heart; we did a bunch of classes (improv, painting class, mindfulness, nutrition, cocktail mixing, hiking, bird watching, mountain biking, massages, yoga), worked with the rescue horses, and i even got a personalized posture assessment with personalized work out plans. All snacks, meals and non-alcoholic beverages are included. The green juices, golden milks, turmeric shooters are bottomless here along with burgers, tiny portion meals and healthy desserts. I felt rejuvenated following my visit and privileged to be able to experience. I believe they also offer day passes potentially as well. Heads up, the rooms are very dated! And for the price ($1500-$3000/nt) you would definitely expect nicer rooms but the experiences (both paid and free) really make up for it! Look for promotions to improve the value but it's definitely worth a visit if you're looking to destress.
