I've had a lot of massages in my life - from hole-in-the-wall places to high end resort spas and this was quite possibly one of the best I ever had. Phillip took time at the beginning, even though I wasn't a massage newbie, to go through his process and what I could expect as well general consent as to what we were going to work on that day (any areas I wanted included or not included). The space is peaceful and relaxing - you don't hear anything happening outside the room (or maybe I dozed off!).He worked on areas I expressed issues with and adapted if I need more/deeper work or a little less pressure. Would definitely return!

The massage I got from Phillip McCoy was hands down the best massage I've ever had in my life. Phillip gives a thorough overview of his approach, follows up the day after the massage to check in, and has seriously amazing talent. At one point I was convinced he had four hands! Thank you Phillip, I will definitely be back!

Phil is outstanding! Very professional and seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve always had issues with tight calves and the day after my massage there was no tightness anymore! I was very impressed and so happy to actually walk without hurting every step or feeling that like my calves might burst at any second. Can’t wait until the next one! I highly recommend Phil!
