As someone from the east cost where this type of practice isn't common I can say, this is not a "typical" massage it is really body work. The amount of knots and tension that was released was unreal. I love how myofacical release was incorporated into the work. Philip did an amazing job and worked areas that most therapist glaze over. He was very patient and kind and explained things very well. It was intense during the massages but the "pain" was so worth the results. Great way to get your body, spirit and nervous system back into working order. Very appreciative and blessed to have found Philip before leaving Tuscon.
I can't say how amazing the Myofascial Release work was! This was my first time trying this type of bodywork. Philip is very professional and explains exceptionally well about the work he will be doing and asks that you communicate with him so that he is aware of pain or where to focus. It's rare to find this type of care anymore. Thank you for the healing you share with others.
