Like a previous reviewer, called and left a detailed message in October. Never heard back from them. Update as of 11/12. After calling Wolf directly, they referred us to Matrix. This time Matrix answered the call and sent Edward out a few days later. Edward was super professional and the repair cost was reasonable.Service: Microwave repair

Edward came to our house to repair a non level cooktop. He discovered that the install was done incorrectly. Edward had to dismantle a bit of the stove to find the problem. After fixing the stove top, he noticed the hood fan was excessively loud, so he took it apart and found the damper was installed incorrectly. He then noticed the microwave was missing a border piece and that the install was again done incorrectly.Edward went above and beyond. He also explained some features on our appliances that I did not know. This is how all service should be done, but it is so rare. Matrix Appliance has a fantastic and rare employee.Services: Stove & cooktop repair
