I highly recommend Mark and his son(Marc) and Tucson Estate Planner firm. A friend had recommended me to him and had high praises as she worked thru two family members paperwork. An incredibly informative and professional and friendly place that explains things in layman terms. I felt he had my mother’s interests at the heart of each discussion both times we were there. Very important to us both. He took the time he felt she and I needed to digest the massive amounts of Will/Trust information and made sure we understood. 💁🏻♀️ I don't even know where to start. From the very beginning Mr.Fishbein (Mark - with a K) and his son (Marc - with a C) have been professional, accommodating and patient throughout the entire process.
Fishbein Senior welcomed myself and my father into his big, spacious office and truly listened to my dad. He was so incredibly thorough - yet timely - in assessing the needs of our family.
In addition to explaining legal-ease in verbage that was easy to understand, he also uses a large LCD display to project each document as he goes through them - making sure you are fully informed and comfortable with everything you intend to sign.

Mark is AMAZING. He is professional, courtesy, and patient. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Mark was easy to get along with and was like talking to a friend instead of a lawyer. I would recommend Mark to anyone that needs to do a trust.
