Lyons was not the cheapest but offered a better warranty and included a pre-coating inspection and cleaning followed by two coats followed by a post-coating inspection. After selecting Lyons I paid about 30% of the total. They scheduled the work shortly thereafter and completed all of the work in four days. The day after the final inspection we had the first heavy rain of the 2025 monsoon and I did not detect any interior leaks.

I had a fantastic experience with Lyons today. I heard about them through Rosie on the House, and I booked a roof inspection on a home that I purchased a couple of years ago. I didn’t have any notable issues, but wanted an assessment to ensure that I understood the condition of my roof and am keeping up with proper timing for maintenance. Dylan came out this morning to complete the inspection and I was very impressed with the experience. He arrived on time, he was polite, and he completed the assessment quickly. He looked at a few spots that I had mild concerns about and paid special attention to those while completing the inspection.
Lyons did a full inspection of their previously installed roof, with a written report. This included an estimate for facia board replacement. All done at no cost and same day estimates.
