Fernando and Daisy were very responsive and very accommodating with emailed communications as well as texts regarding an A/C replacement. He replaced our A/C unit quickly in the heat of the summer and Daisy sent all the needed paperwork via emails for our records. The installation was clean and our unit works great.
I had Los Andes install an AC unit in our mobile home last June. We bought a mobile home and the unit that was previously installed was horrible. We have someone else come and give us an estimate but they didn't really want to help because it was going to be too much work to get under the trailer. Los Andes came the next day and gave us a very reasonable estimate, and also offered financing if we were eligible. The day they came out to work, everything was done so fast. They are all very kind and helpful but overall very professional. We recommend him to anyone that needs their services. Two months later they installed my grandfathers ac unit on a very old home and they went above and beyond to help him. He needed electrical work done and they recommended an electrician. Overall, we are beyond happy with the services provided by Los Andes.
