The customer service at the Casa Adobe branch of Lesco was over and above what I expected. I purchased pair of glasses using a prescription from Alaska. What I thought was a complete prescription in my hands, turned out to be lacking needed information. Lesco employee, Cecilia, who was assisting me took all the information she needed and contacted the Alaska optician to have them fax the full prescription. When I received the glasses, I tried them for a week and felt that something was off. Back to Lesco and since I was returning to Alaska in a few days, they suggested I see my optician to have my eyes reexamined (it'd been 4 months since previous visit). After the...read full review

I want to congratulate and commend Crystal at Lesco Optical. We have been a customer at the Casas Adobes branch for several years and always found the service and the products exceptional. However, this particular visit I believe was special. Having just completed our eye exams, we brought the prescriptions for filling. Crystal waited on us and upon checking the records noticed that my wife always receives prism glasses. This was not included in the prescription. Crystal not only called the eye doctor, and of course was put on hold, but waited patiently for a response.
