The staff are generally friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming environment. However, some customers have noted that information about membership prices and annual fees can be unclear, leading to confusion when setting up accounts. Despite these concerns, LA Fitness remains a solid choice for those seeking a reliable gym with good amenities in the area.
First time coming, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave a lot of information regarding the membership prices and the amenities given from LA Fitness! Definitely getting my membership!

I especially appreciate the range of classes offered; there's always something to fit my schedule and fitness goals. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming environment. It's definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable gym with good amenities in the area.
Decent gym. Good selection of equipment. The staff are nice. Bathrooms get gross in the afternoon and setting up an account because the prices and deals change constantly so it's not clear what you're actually paying beforehand. There's also an annual fee that they dont mention until you have actually signed up. That feels like theft.
