I enjoy the community on the floor in Marana. There are a few good staff members. But most of them do nothing but look at their personal phones at the desk. The customer culture and experience is non existent. Someone need to rewrite their job description and ensure they implement it.
I had Rob Q as my personal trainer for 7 months and it was a great experience. I got stronger and felt more confident in my exercise routine at the gym.
