The design studio staff was committed to supporting us through a successful design process. We attended multiple “Open Studios” without any judgement and were welcomed to do so before our appointments. The virtual experience was well timed and efficient. In person was positive with enough time to make thoughtful choices. We worked with Jaclyn who was kind and patient and talked us through every decision and did not rush our decisions or push us for an upgrade we weren’t interested in. Pricing is transparent, up front, and fair.
