We have been going to this office for years. I am very pleased with the overall progress and outcomes given by the all the staff. They are caring and very professional. I would highly recommend them to any other families needing orthodontist care. They are great!
Dr. Bedoya and staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I totally recommend this orthodontic office. I went in after wearing invisible lines from the previous owner and had not followed up since I was on my last tray. Being that the previous doctor was gone for a year. I was concerned. But the staff and Dr. Bedoya were confident that I was ready to go into my retainers. They took a mold right away. And now I am complete with my straightened teeth.
Inez is the best medical assistant I have encountered. I loved Dr. Kassman; but he has since retired. I wish him the best. I do not care for the mannerisms of the new Dr. Jones. I feel it is a difference of what I find acceptable when meeting a new doctor. Dr. Jones did not introduce himself and was rushed, scattered and curt. I have however, met the two new owners of this new practice and they were impeccable with their interaction regarding my care. I hope they treat Inez well, as she publicly holds them in the highest regard. Bravo.
