I heard about Ice Box Tucson from a friend so decided to check it out. I have had chronic inflammation for over 20 years and have been searching for a way to reset my body's response to it. I have only been going for several weeks but with each whole body treatment I am seeing slow but steady results of inflammation reducing. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

So, on Monday morning, I headed over to St. Phillips Plaza. The Icebox is a clean, peaceful spa atmosphere. The staff is friendly, fun, and professional. The parking is abundant, but on the weekends due to the pop-up market, you may have to walk a little bit. So the first time I hobbled in, Zeke was there...read full review
