Great company! I broke a house number tile that I bought several years ago. They still had the same design in stock and shipped my order the next day. They used the most careful packaging I've ever seen to ensure that the new tile would make it across the country in one piece.

Tiles were beautiful and the turn around from placing the order to getting it was way faster than I imagined it would be. And then the icing on the cake was they assembled the tiles in the frame. We were expecting to have to do that ourselves so it really felt like they went above and beyond.

My wife and I ordered a set of house number tiles installed in a frame on-line at Hand-n-Hand's website. When we received them UPS had damaged two of the tiles despite the fact they were packed better than a carton of eggs! I reached out to Hand-n-Hand by phone and spoke to Kim who said she would get a replacement (complete set and frame) out to us right away, it arrived in perfect condition today. Kim was great to deal with and the tiles are all hand done, something my wife, who does a lot of crafts, appreciates. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks Kim! Keep up the good work.
