Hallmark came out and inspected the roof and informed me we didn't need a replacement yet and could get another 5-10 years with some repairs. Over the years Hallmark did excellent, reasonably priced work on our house roof and an attached carport. When a carport issue later redeveloped (based on previous structural problems that weren't their fault) they returned immediately and improved the structure at no cost. Inspector James did a great job reviewing both roofs with well documented explanations about each roof and the crews were very efficient.
