Our house was built in 1998 in Continental Ranch. We bought in 2017. We thought we were in need of a new roof and had a few companies come out to provide estimates, all were between 12k-15k. Hallmark came out and inspected the roof and informed me we didn't need a replacement yet and could get another 5-10 years with some repairs. We then had a few additional companies come out and asked them to inspect to tell us if we needed repairs or replacement and they also came to the conclusion that we only needed repairs. Over the years Hallmark did excellent, reasonably priced work on our house roof and an attached carport. When a carport issue later redeveloped (based on previous structural problems that weren't their fault) they returned immediately and improved the structure at no cost. Inspector James did a great job reviewing both roofs with well documented explanations about each roof and the crews were very efficient.
