I initially had a really bad experience with my haircut, specifically with how my curly hair was cut. The person who cut my hair didn’t seem experienced with curly hair, and the cut came out uneven and much shorter than what I had asked for.
However, the owner reached out afterward and invited me back so they could fix it at no charge. I went back, and they did a really good job fixing what they could. The owner was very understanding and professional about the situation and even offered me a free haircut next time.

I have been visiting Tucson for one month. I went in for a beard trip and haircut around the middle of the month. Sergio did such a great job that I returned today to make sure he could cut my hair before I left. Ive had cuts at some pretty high end places in Nashville, TN and this has been the best haircut (and beard trim) I’ve ever had. Great cut, friendly service, and prices you can’t beat.
