On 31 May 2022 I signed a contract with Gallery Kitchen & Bath, hiring them to remodel my kitchen. On that date I gave them a fat check to cover the cost of materials plus part of the labor costs. The job was finally completed on 23 August 2023. That is 1 year, 2 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days (450 days) to complete the job! I was told up front that it would take 12 to 16 weeks to build and ship the new cabinets. Other materials, I was told, are readily available locally. The 12 to 16 week window passed with not a word from Gallery Kitchen & Bath. Several more weeks passed with no communication.
