Initially I booked Flat Rate Maids for a move out clean because of Jennifer’s wonderful customer service, explanation of services, and reasonable affordable pricing. However, I discovered I couldn’t use them per the contact of my property management due to restrictions that they had on vendors. Jennifer kindly gave me my deposit back that I had placed for her service showing that she is trustworthy and cares about people. I would recommend their service based on customer service efforts. I cannot speak on the level or quality of service but I’m sure they’d do a great job!
Sparkling clean. Most competitive price. Cleaned EVERYTHING in the apartment for a move out, one flat price. Jennifer did an amazing job and her communication was outstanding. Would definitely use services again. Thank you Flat Rate Maids!
I called Jennifer on Sunday for a move out clean that had c to be completed by Tues. She arrived at 10 am Monday, did my clean and left everything wonderful. She was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her.
