The time quoted was as an hour but it did take a little longer. However the driver called us and kept us informed on the time and delay. He was very polite and fast. The office was nice and professional. Will definately use again.
I needed to get my car towed after an issue with either the transmission or my front cv axles. Car was still running, but no power transfer to the wheels and oddly gear grinding when trying to put in park. Anyways, I called and a nice lady answered. She asked a few questions, then let me know I'd be getting a call from one of their drivers with an ETA. About a few minutes later, I received a call from their driver, Dale, letting me know he'd arrive in about 25 minutes, possibly 20 if traffic isn't too bad. Guy showed up a lot sooner than was estimated. And unfortunately, had to fight the RV, every step of the way, except the actual tow. He could have declined service at any time, but didn’t. I am so sorry I forgot his name. But if I am in the area, I would use these guys again.
