Ppl in.possession of my vehicle were not prwasn't. (alarm went off, sheriff responded, carport door was screwed shut) for tow but Tre was patient, helpful, and efficient. I wasnt. This young man knew what he was doing, and he was mostly KIND in a tense situation.
Driver, Amber, was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Driver got down at repair shop with me to ensure they were able to assist me and meet my car repair needs. She waited with me as the service person obtained info, pricing, and parts availability. She put personal touch into her customer service to ensure i had the details of the repair worked out that I was satisfied with and that met my needs to ensure car repairs needs would be met and I would be able to drive home the same evening as I was 90min away from home and not familiar with the area. She was positive and kept me positive during a high-stress time...she was wonderful.Service: Car towing
The woman who answered my call; was courteous and efficient.The woman tow truck driver; called on her way & was highly skilled at maneuvering the truck. She made hooking up my wrecked jeep and pulling it on to her flatbed, look easy peasy..in the dark, and rain too.These ladies rock, and aren't afraid to work at night either.So glad they were there when i needed them, with only an hours notice.
