Carrie is wonderful at motivating members. She is always in a good mood and her smile lights up the studio. She is also helpful in providing progression or regression option and her demos are the best!

Carrie was the first instructor I met at F45. She was wecloming and made me feel assured I was in good hands. I quickly understood how things worked at F45 and as a result, was able to jump right in and participate with everyone!
