    I started going pretty out of shape and it has been a great experience! Easy to feel welcome, and trainers are great and can tailor a workout for you to make it easier or harder, depending on what you want/need.

    Joaquin, Rachael, Ralph, Sam Hughes F45 are amazing. When I see their names on the schedule, I always try to make it. I have a torn rotator cuff and I tore one of my hamstring muscles last summer and I’ve been going through recovery and they are so accommodating and helpful. Sometimes I have to use different weights on different sides and they’ve been great with me, sometimes allowing me to be in a station by myself so I can mix weights and not confuse anybody else with my modification. I’ve been coming for two years, this current crew is incredible, I would say the best crew! BJ
