The owner, Rafael, replaced the facia boards on my two-story house. That was a major task requiring him and his team to detach the old boards from the roof deck, cut the rafter ends so the rain runoff would fall away from the boards, and install new boards and drip edging with spacer boards where necessary. They also upgraded the caulk around all the roof penetrations.He and his crew knew how to get the job done right and the results are excellent. If I needed a roofing repair I'd definitely call him.
