Thieves! Buyer be ware! They owe us $5000 and won't pay us. Paid them a deposit and another $5000 on top of the deposit for designs, which they kept designing our house "Modern" because that's their taste but it's not ours. We even found plans online of a house we liked that we could've bought for $2500. We later decided not to build and just buy and they wouldn't refund the deposit. I mean I'll agree to $5000 for design and many revision, but zero construction plans were drawn. They prey on innocent people because they think most won't sue!
