The staff is friendly and patient, with management explaining things clearly and understanding of emergencies and appointments. Employees who work hard, show up on time, and are honest tend to have good experiences. The company promotes a good work environment, encouraging employees to do their best. Overall, it is a place where teamwork and dedication are valued, making it a good place to work.
My experience has been a good one. If you do your job, show up on time and are an honest worker and employee, you won't have any problems. My bosses have been kind and patient with me. I work hard and do my best, it pays off.
Let me start of by saying that this company is amazing to work for. I've been here for almost 5 years and I've been given the up most respect any employee would ask for. I started from cleaning and worked my way up to management. This company provides the best promotion ever!!!!!! EC rocks and let me tell you about the bonus program. You try to do your best and you will get bonus dollars!!! EXTRA money people!!!!! Huh! for only doing your job great. WOW!!! What a great place to be. The Owners are on top of everything!! I highly recommend working for EC for a better life career or part time.
This place is an awesome company to work for in case anyone was wondering about employment there. They really train well. They are great caring people and are really passionate about the work they do.
