Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star because you can't leave a -0-. I contracted this company for 3.5" and in most places it is about 2 inches. The sales rep even came out with his special measure device and couldn't find one place that had 3.5". I sent them numerous pictures also. Because the tech only sprayed about an inch the first time they came out they returned a second time and ruined the day for the other contractors I had scheduled even after telling the rep not to come out. I am now delayed on the rest of my project because of their inconsideration and NO customer service. The rep said they would discount the job since I clearly only... read full review

Great service from day ONE. We are building a new home with 5000 sqft livable space and 2000 sqft garage and needed spray foam insulation under all roofs and selected wall areas. Before choosing EMC we had requested 5 bids in total from different local companies with the exact same insulation spray foam thickness (open cell foam). Not only was the company EMC Insulation the one that met our budget the best, but also provided their bid accurately in a very short time frame from just reviewing our floor plans that we've sent by email to their office (Alicia). I had our home spray foam insulated by EMC Insulation and I could not be happier! It was one of the best decisions I have made as a home owner. Our older home was leaking cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter and with college kids in and out our energy bills were getting totally out of control. I did my research (the company website is very informative) and I called in to ask more questions. The sales team was a delight to work with. You know how service providers can be, not timely and you wait around for them to show up. Not the case here. They showed up for our early morning appointment right on time.
