Honestly, very disappointed in our stay over all. Good: the front desk was friendly and helpful The yoga instructor was great and alot of fun! Con: the pool girl at oasis giving out towels was extremely rude, the kitchen lost power/ went out so after waiting for food to open, we were not able to, no accommodations were offered. We were told to walk to other restaurants and order to go and bring it to the pool. When we went to another restaurant to order there was not staff to even place an order with. Have stayed twice in the last year. Not likely to return. Hotel is dark and dated on the inside. At 0830 on Sunday morning, no chairs at the pool - all in use or reserved and no towels. Did not appear as if the hotel was staffed for the weekend. Slide at the pool was to open at 0900. Chain not removed until 0930. Enjoyed Dove Mountain much more for close to the same price.
