They were very professional in their approach and communicated very well how they were going to tackle a particularly worn and dirty area of the carpet in one of the rooms. I highly recommend Eldon Drapery cleaners!! We just had them clean 20 very large and heavy pieces of drapery and they did an Excellent job!! They were very punctual and professional!! Our draperies were in desperate need as they hadn't been cleaned for 12 years and now they look brand new!! I am so glad we decided to have Eldon's clean them instead of spending thousands to replace them. Mark, Oscar and their team were amazing and very careful not to knick any of our walls.
