He scoped the main drainpipes on our recently purchased historic home for free and gave us an upfront estimate for all work to be completed to resolve multiple issues with 100 year old cast iron drainpipes. We had the drainpipes scoped by multiple companies before him but could not get an upfront all inclusive estimate from any. I called Drain Medics for a clogged pipe. I spoke with Austin on the phone and he was very professional. He told me that he could come by that very same day.
