Our water heater went out on Saturday, contacted Done Rite on Monday morning, DeAnn arranged for a same day estimate. Carlos was thorough, helpful and assured my Mom and I that the office would be scheduling a time for early morning. Got a call by 7pm with a time slot for today! Robert arrived by 830am and leaks fixed, water heater working and it's only 1030am! Exceptional customer service from DeAnn, Carlos and Robert! We couldn't be happier with Done Rite Plumbing. Had these guys put a ceiling fan in for me today and was very pleased with their service. I have a 14 foot ceiling and a 6 foot ladder so I scheduled Done Rite to do it for me. I received a text when the technician was on the way, technician arrived well within the promised time, technician (& his journeyman) were polite, professional, worked efficiently and took care of all details. Price was very reasonable and cheaper than several other local companies. Great experience, I will use them again if I need them.
I'm recommending this team to everyone I know. I had a outlet and two ceiling lights that all the sudden stopped working. Matt and Mark were amazing! Polite, friendly, super knowledgeable AND clean. They arrived on 12/5/24 at 9:25am, just when they said they would, traced the wiring, found the issues, repaired it AND put all the furniture back in the right spot within about 45 minutes. You could tell the front office staff knew what they were doing, because they asked all the right, intelligent questions AND were polite.
