Our AC went out unexpectedly yesterday. We called Done Rite since we have family that have had positive experiences with them and they were able to send someone out promptly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were back today to fix it. They were honest and up front and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge us. I would definitely use them again! Shout out to technicians Tavian and Todd for promptly fixing the issue! It’s refreshing to know there are still honest companies out there!
Our A/C went out at our home and I can't say enough good things about this company. They were prompt and answered our questions , returned our calls, and were a breath of fresh air even on a weekend. Their Techicians were professional and prompt, and made sure we knew how to use the new equipment. Thank you for your help in installing our new HVAC.
