I have now had 4 children study piano at Creative Keys studio over the past 4 years. I was hesitant at first to put my high schooler into a group piano lesson and worried that she would not progress as well. We had moved around a lot in the past and had many different piano teachers, but all had been a private lesson format.
My daughter absolutely thrived under Mrs. Barney’s instruction! Not only did she progress beautifully, but she learned to love music more than she ever did before and learned to collaborate with other musicians in a joyful and fulfilling way.

We love creative keys! I've been bringing my children here for several years. I've loved watching my children grow as musicians beginning at such young ages. My two year old is constantly singing the songs we learn during Music Together. We find fun ways to incorporate the music naturally into almost all of our daily activities! My older boys enjoy attending her group piano lessons. Overall we really love learning music with Lynette at Creative Keys!
Lynette is absolutely incredible. She teaches the kids not just piano but truly teaches music in a way that is fun and engaging for the kids. My children adore her and don’t complain about having to go to lessons like they have in the past. She is patient with the. Golden in helping them learn and grow while still expressing her expectations of them in order to progress. I’m so grateful to be part of the creative keys family and am so thankful my kids are learning from Lynette Barney.
