I am so happy to have booked my appointment at Cost Cutters this weekend, Perla was amazing! She took the time to ensure that I would be very happy with my haircut. She knows personally what it’s like to have a negative experience at a salon and her professionalism ensures no one will have to go through a similar experience. She took the time to show me how much we should trim and how to best style my fine hair to avoid damage. The service I received from the moment I booked my appointment online was absolutely wonderful. What a confidence boost, thank you Perla!

this place is exactly what i need for my haircuts. i’ve had derla a few times now, and she nails it each time. lovely conversations, and great service! any inspo picture i show, she delivers, but while also remaining thorough and asking questions so i feel in charge. not only that, but my hair always leaves feeling fresh—never overloaded with product. thank you derla!

I asked for 1/4" off and got over 1" off. I was concerned that Sarah might not like it....BUT....my girlfriend actually loves it..Whew! She thought it was a really good haircut, so I changed my rating to a five. Merry Christmas Rosalind. Blessing Sorry for being hasty in my rating...I think now that my stylist was just looking out after me.
