I have been going to Ruth for about 3 years now and I cannot say enough good things about her personally and her massages! I have only lived in Tucson for about 4 years - did PT in New Jersey where I'm from, for many months with no real relief. So I am very happy that Ruth is able to keep my shoulder in check week to week, and I am able to do all the activities I like doing every day.

I played competitive volleyball when I was younger for many years, and my shoulder is paying the price of all of those years. I am still very active in my mid'50's and Ruth is definitely the reason why I can still be so active.

Ruth is an amazing massage therapist and person. She has helped our family for years, we're glad we found her. While the deep tissue massages can be painful, it's a good pain and feeling afterwards is just amazing. She has fixed many of my body issues due to tight muscles and stiff joints. You walk out of her room feeling like a new person. I highly recommend an appointment with her.

I have seeing Ruth for years. In last 2 years she has been using Shockwave ECT on my lipedema deposits, and I have noticed significant improvement in the size and number of palpable nodules. The overlying skin also appears and feels smoother.
