At last I have found a clean, quality nail salon! I haven’t been satisfied enough to return to any particular salon, but I will be definitely be returning to Concept Nails and Spa. I tried it out today after seeing how highly they were reviewed. The receptionist was friendly and so was my technician, Andy. I was immediately impressed the clean, tidy, and updated environment as I stepped inside (which is often not the case). The music was at a nice volume and conducive to relaxation. But what was most important to me was that the instruments were opened from an autoclave bag, which showed me that they had been sterilized. I had a great mani with French tips and pedi from Holly here. It was clean and they did their best to accommodate walk ins and appointments. It gets busier in the evening so most likely will need an appointment for evenings and weekends. I’ve paid more for worse mani and pedis elsewhere so I will be back!

I've been looking for a good place to get a pedicure for over a year. Concept nails is a clean, friendly, quality pedicure. Unless you're looking for a high end spa experience like some of the resorts in town, Concept Nails is a fantastic option.
