Couldn't be happier. Harry Elver found and implemented a solution to what I perceived to be a complex problem.I hired Harry to help set up a home network with a very unique computing situation. We're full-time RV'ers and work from "home" full-time. Our work involves video editing but we can't use WiFi for data transfer because of monthly data limits. He designed our Local Area Network (LAN) and showed me how to use it from the ground up. Not normally a terribly complex problem, but when using Verizon Hotspots for internet, it's quirky, and his knowledge was invaluable.Further, his patience and willingness to ensure user understanding is golden. His thoroughness excellent.
