The technician was very helpful. He advised me that it would cost $300 to fix the malfunctioning keyboard and it would be better to buy a new laptop because it was uncertain whether the repair would work. He advised me to buy a $15 usb keyboard at Walmart until I could get a new laptop. I did and it worked! I am very grateful because Iām leaving on a trip in a few days.
