I work nights and really appreciate being able to request service online without playing phone tag. I just bought a house that had an extremely old and loud water heater. It all started with a massive clog of the main drain. Someone recommended I call CodeBlue, and a wonderful lady took all the time I needed (I am disabled and can have difficulty communicating). She made sure the tech she sent out would be right for the job, and sent Joe and Sunny. They were both polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast! They were in and out very quickly, the job was done well, and I was clearly informed why it happened and how to prevent it in the future. Ask for Joe and his hard working side-kick, Sunny.
